Shipping policy
Your orders are usually sent by Australia Post and couriers such as Aramex, Couriers Please. Certain small size, low cost items will be sent by Australia Post letter service without tracking. All items sent by parcel services will have tracking. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package.
Order Handling Times
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, or the next business day for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, providing the required stock is available.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. However in some instances your order will need to be shipped individually. You will be notified by email if your order is split shipped. You will also be notified if we are out of stock of a product and it needs to be ordered in.
Returns for Orders with Promotional Discounts
Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable or a refund is requested promotional offers will not be extended to your new order. Any free promotional items must be returned along with your order if you will no longer meet the terms of the offer.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. At our discretion, we may upgrade you to a replacement product of equal or higher value. You may cancel or amend your order at any time prior to shipping.
