We use Fastway Couriers' National Flat Rate Parcels service to deliver this bulky item. Delivery freight cost is factored into the total purchase price already. In most cases you don't need to pay extra freight cost.
Fastway Couriers offer online track & trace with proof of delivery for this service. You can track your parcel and find out their delivery time by going to their website www.fastway.com.au
Please note that National Flat Rate Parcels service only delivers to areas covered by Fastway's National Delivery Network (RED/ORANGE/GREEN labels), which includes all capital cites, most regional cites and surrounding areas in all states and territories.
While Fastway National Delivery Network covers vast areas national wide, however this service may not deliver to remote rural areas and country towns.
If your delivery address is not covered by Fastway National Delivery Network, surcharges will need to add to your purchase price to cover extra delivery costs. Should this happen, we will contact you to discuss your options before sending out the item. If you are unable to accept additional cost, we will reverse the transaction and give you full refund.
If you are local customer within Sydney Metropolitan area, you are welcome to pick it up from our two warehouses free of handling charge. Currently the two pickup points are located in Marrickville of Inner West and Prospect of Western Sydney.
